Pricing and Payment
* All prices are displayed in *Indian Rupees (INR)* and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
* International customers may see converted prices depending on their location and payment provider.
* We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
* Payments are processed securely through *Razorpay*. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
* In case of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Payment Processing via Razorpay
*Payments are securely processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited.
*By submitting payment information, you authorize IKIBAA to share necessary transaction data with Razorpay for processing.
*IKIBAA does not store your full payment card or bank details. Razorpay manages sensitive payment data under its security protocols.
*For payment-related issues (failed transactions, chargebacks, refunds), contact IKIBAA; we will coordinate with Razorpay as needed.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
Shipping & Delivery
* We offer domestic and international shipping.
* Estimated delivery time is 3–14 business days, depending on destination and courier availability.
* Shipping delays due to customs, natural events, or courier issues are beyond our control.
* Risk and title in the goods transfer to you upon delivery to your specified address.
Size Exchanges
No refunds or returns are offered except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
Size exchanges are allowed. Customers must initiate the exchange request within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the product by emailing [info@ikibaa.com]with order details and photos (if applicable).
* Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
* We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
* Once approved, you will be guided through the exchange process.
* Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
* IKIBAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
